OBJECTIVE:

▪ To aid in better understanding of the disease and application of this understanding in treating the patients.
▪ To help the internists to be prepared to recognize and treat its many complications.
▪ To ensure standardized care for children with cystic fibrosis.
▪ To assist physicians and patients in choosing appropriate therapies
▪ To educate patients so as to avail prompt treatment in case of life threatening complications.
